Ice Monster Dessert started in Manila in 2003 which became a big hit. It is an ice dessert which mainly consists of ice shavings with an assortment of toppings that range from fresh fruits, taro and red bean to cookies and cream.

What sets this apart from the other desserts lie mainly in the ice itself. We use only thinly shaved ice without having to feel any coarsness and texture but only that smooth melt-in-the-mouth fee.
